• Day to day sales operations such as cold call, follow-up call.
• To visit prospective customers regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
• To set up meetings with potential clients along with team leader.
• Prepare daily work report as well as work closing report at the weekend and provide time to time report to the Team Leader
• To generate positive leads; which will be converted to sales to meet sales target.
• To maintain a strong database to generate prospective leads and attracting investment
• Provide all related information and services to clients as per set service policy of the organization through an effective presentation.
• Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative activities
• Update and maintain relationship with existing potential customers.
• Must be able to maintain a close liaison with the business or Institutional Heads/ Entrepreneur.
• Ensure clients engagements to the project, arrange project Visit etc.
• Minimum Bachelor from any reputed university
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Real Estate Sales
